Yes. The on-site wellness center features smart HUR-brand fitness equipment, group classes, and specialty programs for Parkinson’s disease. Memberships are available for all ability levels, and many insurance plans cover the cost.

What are care suites and who are they for?

Care suites at Westwood Ridge ll provide enhanced assisted living care in a warm, supportive environment. They’re ideal for individuals needing advanced or longer-term support. Suites are organized into small household-style neighborhoods, where they open into warm, shared living and dining spaces that feel familiar and inviting. Each household is supported by a dedicated team member who focuses on the residents within that neighborhood, allowing for close relationships and attentive care.

Do you offer respite care?

Yes, Westwood Ridge ll offers short-term respite care for individuals recovering from illness or surgery, or when caregivers need a break. Respite includes a furnished suite, 24/7 care, meals, activities, and personal assistance (minimum five-day stay).

Located within Westwood Ridge II, the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) provides short-term rehabilitation and recovery support following illness, injury, or surgery. Licensed nurses and therapy professionals help residents regain strength and independence in a comfortable, home-like environment. The TCU also offers respite stays, giving caregivers a short break or providing temporary care for individuals who need extra support before returning home.

Starting at $500 per day.

What’s included:

Private furnished suite.
24-hour nursing support and medication management.
A personal response pendant to call for assistance whenever it's needed.
On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Three chef-prepared meals daily plus snacks.
Housekeeping and laundry services.
Life enrichment activities and social opportunities.

Minimum stay of 5 days is required.
Easily transition to independent senior living, assisted living, enhanced assisted living, or memory care at the end of your stay, if needed.
We accept a broad range of insurance plans to ease transitions and avoid delays during your short-term stay. Accepted plans include Medicare, Medica, BCBS, UHC, Humana, Aetna, HealthPartners, Cigna, MSHO products, Commercial, Work Cop, or Motor Vehicle. We do not accept Medicaid, PMAPs, or VA.
