- Combined Federal & State Home Care Bill of Rights for Assisted Living Clients: This applies when home health services are delivered to clients residing in assisted living communities.
Home Care
- Minnesota Home Care Bill of Rights (Licensed Only Home Care Providers): This applies to clients receiving home care services from Minnesota licensed-only home care providers.
Hospice
- Minnesota & Federal Hospice Bill of Rights: This applies to individuals receiving hospice care, including additional rights for patients of Medicare-certified hospices.
Assisted Living Residents
- Minnesota Assisted Living Bill of Rights (Effective January 1, 2026): This applies to individuals residing in licensed assisted living communities and includes specific resident protections and rights.
