Rent starting at: $1,920 per month
What your rent includes:
- One- or two-bedroom apartment, with or without a den and deck, with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.
- Complete groundskeeping including lawn care and snow removal.
- Apartment and building maintenance.
- Utilities including heat, electricity, central air conditioning, water, sewer, and garbage,
- Public Wi-Fi, basic cable TV, and phone line.
- Easy access to all on-site amenities (Pioneer Grill restaurant and bistro, woodworking shop, salon and barbershop, Billiard room, movie theater, and more).
Good to know:
- Additional fee-based conveniences can be added such as storage, high-speed internet, dining accounts, and underground heated parking.
- Home health care and home safety technology services can be provided within your apartment, if needed.
