What are the apartments like?

Residents live in private studio apartments featuring high ceilings, beautiful finishes, and accessible layouts designed for comfort and safety. Apartments are organized into small household-style neighborhoods, where suites open into warm, shared living and dining spaces that feel familiar and inviting. Each household is supported by a dedicated team member who focuses on the residents within that neighborhood, allowing for close relationships and attentive care. With a 5:1 resident-to-staff ratio, residents receive personalized support and consistent attention throughout the day.

What is included in the monthly rent?

Monthly rent includes three meals per day, light housekeeping, laundry service, emergency response pendant, and utilities such as heat, water, trash, and public Wi-Fi. All packages also include 24-hour on-site staffing.

What amenities and activities are available for residents?

Residents enjoy restaurant-style dining, fireside lounges, gardening areas, a game room and sun porch, salon and barbershop, fitness classes, life-enrichment programs, and weekly spiritual care. Scheduled transportation for shopping and appointments is also available.
