As we close out 2025, we invited CEO Mark Anderson to reflect on the year that’s ending—and the future that’s unfolding. In his message, he shares what shaped this past year for Vivie and what lies ahead as we continue our mission to enrich, empower, and elevate lives.
2025 was a pivotal year for Vivie—one that reminded us what it truly means to live well for life. Across our senior living communities, home health care and hospice teams, wellness programs, and rehab services, we witnessed thousands of moments that reinforced why our mission matters. We saw families supported, lives enriched, spirits lifted, and teams stepping forward with a servant heart to deliver excellence every single day.
The heart behind the work.
This year also reminded us that living well is not just an outcome—it’s a journey shaped by faith, purpose, and the belief that people come first. Our teams embraced change, supported one another, and showed resilience in a rapidly evolving aging-services landscape. Leaders across Vivie strengthened collaboration, deepened alignment, and brought forward new ways to empower those we serve.
Strategically, 2025 was a year of integration. We connected services, unified operations, clarified priorities, and laid the foundation to serve more people. From enhancing data and technology systems to refining clinical pathways to strengthening cultural alignment and leadership programs, we built the infrastructure needed for the next phase of Vivie’s evolution.
And that brings us to the year ahead.
2026 will be a transformational year for Vivie.
If 2025 was about bringing our pieces together, 2026 will be about optimizing—developing leadership, accelerating innovation, improving organizational performance, enhancing the customer and team member experiences, and advancing our models of care in bold new ways. With stewardship guiding our decisions and transformation rooted in our values, we’re poised to expand, strengthen, and elevate every part of our organization.
At the heart of this transformation is a shift toward agility, continuous learning, and deeper connection. As our field continues to change, we’re embracing the opportunity to change with it—building an agile backbone that allows us to adapt quickly while staying grounded in purpose.
Turning vision into action.
In 2026, we’ll continue refining how we operate to better support the people closest to the work—our team members. That means strengthening internal systems, enhancing communication, and equipping leaders at every level to grow and thrive.
At the same time, we’re leaning into what it means to be truly community-based—meeting people where they are and ensuring our services reflect what “living well” means to today’s and tomorrow’s aging generations. In all of it, we remain anchored by mission, guided by values, and driven by the belief that growth is possible at every stage of life.
Looking back with gratitude, moving forward with clarity.
As we close the chapter on 2025, we do so with gratitude for our people, belief in our mission, and confidence in the future. Together, we will continue to enrich, empower, and elevate lives—today and for generations to come.
