“One of my first jobs was walking dogs… and it opened the door for me wanting to help people and animals.”
A place where learning isn’t just encouraged—it’s inspired.
To Kylie, Vivie is a place where learning is abundant. She says, “My experience working for Vivie has been that it's a safe community for me to come and learn and grow.” She has worked as both a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and trained medication aide (TMA).
“I was really excited because I realized there were a lot of different opportunities for growth… they helped pay for my CNA and my TMA.”
That support gave her the confidence to step into a new role as a scheduling specialist—while still staying connected to residents and care teams.
Balance where it matters.
“If I need to get off for a field trip or leave early for a band concert, they are more than willing to work with me… the work-life balance has been so refreshing.”
There’s a place for you here.
At Vivie, you don’t have to choose between growth and balance—you can build both. Explore everything that’s possible.
