Autumn Cottages by Vivie offers a neighborhood-style setting specifically designed for those living with memory loss. With cozy gathering spaces, homestyle meals, and 24/7 care, we focus on creating comfort, safety, and connection every day. 

We offer three levels of memory care packages, ranging from gentle prompts and reminders to full hands-on support and lift assistance. Each resident’s needs are assessed by a nurse to create a personalized care plan. 

Absolutely. We encourage family involvement and visits. Our inviting outdoor patio and homelike interiors provide a warm and welcoming space for quality time together. 

At Autumn Cottages, we create personalized, life-enriching experiences for each resident. As our team gets to know your loved one, they’ll tailor engaging activities that provide mental and social stimulation. Residents can enjoy things such as crafts, baking, music, Bible study, exercise, outings, and meaningful conversation. 

Safety is built into every aspect of our residence—from secured living spaces to 24/7 onsite team members. Residents can enjoy a secure outdoor space, allowing them to experience fresh air, sunshine, and nature while staying safe. We also offer fall prevention systems, emergency response pendants, and hourly safety checks for added peace of mind. 

Residents and families can choose from private rooms (145 sq. ft.) or shared rooms (191–208 sq. ft.). Both are designed with comfort and familiarity in mind, and all rooms are close to communal areas for easy access to meals and social time.
