Vivie Welcomes Mike Fryar as Chief Revenue Officer

Vivie is pleased to welcome Mike Fryar as chief revenue officer, a newly created executive leadership role designed to strengthen alignment across marketing, sales, and growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, health-related consumer services, and revenue strategy, Mike will help support Vivie’s continued growth and commitment to serving more people across the Upper Midwest.

Mike joined Vivie on May 26 and brings extensive experience leading marketing, sales, and revenue growth efforts for complex organizations, including a large multi-state senior living provider. Throughout his career, he’s focused on building high-performing teams, creating organizational alignment, and developing sustainable growth strategies centered on relationships and customer experience.

“Mike stood out because of his values-driven leadership style, relational approach, and strong understanding of growth strategy,” said Katie Perry, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Vivie. “Just as importantly, he genuinely connected with who we are as an organization. Supporting growth across the continuum of care

As chief revenue officer, Mike will support growth across Vivie’s full continuum of care, including senior living, home health care, rehabilitation, hospice, care management, and other services. His initial focus will be learning the organization, spending time in communities and service lines, and building relationships with team members across Vivie.

“What drew me to Vivie was the people, the mission, and the servant leadership culture,” Mike said. “There’s something special happening here. I’m excited to learn from the incredible teams already doing this work every day, build strong relationships across the organization, and support Vivie’s continued growth.”

Mike will be based in Vivie’s Minnetonka office.
